I still have my motivation but haven't stuck very well through the holiday. Today I'm starting to journal and exercise again. I do better if I actually write down everything. I'm so close that I can taste it for sending in paperwork to Dartmouth, I don't want to redo everything I've worked so hard for because of not being able to lose the last 5 lbs. It will happen!!!!
Well after the long month of March I believe I'm finally back on track.
I made bad decisions and let work interfere with my healthy lifestyle. No MORE!!! I'm bringing in healthy food everyday and healthy snacks for those days that I can't always get a break. I've got my motivation back and I will not let it go this time.

I'm 34 - single - weigh 400+ and want to be healthy. I'm a nurse in a busy ICU/Stepdown unit and float to Med/Surg. Currently unable to move to much due to a severly sprained ankle but working with PT to get my butt in gear.
