YES!!!!! Another 3 lbs down. I really am finally seeing a light at the end of the tunnel! Weight watchers is going good for me and keeping me in line. Work still remains busy so I'm still getting plenty of exercise.
After a crazy week 3, week 4 wasn't much better. I was sick with the stomach bug that all the nursing/patients seem to be getting. Good news was I lost 3lbs for weigh in this week! I have started Weight Watchers Online and keeping track. I'm still getting my exercise in, whether it be my arm bike or running around at work. I'm hoping I'm finally on the road to a healthier me!
Sorry I'm late folks. This should have been posted last week, however work and being sick has me behind on everything!
Well I lapsed on week 3 - didn't journal and didn't do much exercise with my arm bike but work kept me going in that department. Unable to take my fluid pills and I gained 8 lbs of fluid by Monday - 1/26. Well I finally was able to take my fluid pills and was down to 412 by Friday 1/30. So my official weigh in was only up 0.8lbs which I'll take. I'm back to exercising and journaling and hoping week 4 will be better.
I'm 34 - single - weigh 400+ and want to be healthy. I'm a nurse in a busy ICU/Stepdown unit and float to Med/Surg. Currently unable to move to much due to a severly sprained ankle but working with PT to get my butt in gear.
