This sucks! I gained 8 lbs this week and I can't figure out why. I've been eating fairly decently save for 1 night when I had a binge. I've gotten back into journaling on Daily Plate and hoping I can figure this "Healthy Eating" out. I'm also having fluid issues so it's back to weighing daily which I HATE! Maybe it's a downward slope from here on out, at least I"m hoping so.
On a more positive note my Psych follow up is completed and she thinks I'm doing great. Course that was before the weight gain.
Let's hope today's weigh in is better or I"m gonna scream!
